Kuzima was coined from the Swahili word "Kusema" which means "to speak" and is the brainchild of Kursor Solutions, a web and mobile applications development company based in Accra, Ghana. The idea to build this website came from the constant frustrations we have had dealing with different companies in different sectors in the country. Especially when we were paying for those services
Kuzima helps monitor service culture at the same time be a customer service policing agent that would ensure service standards are high at all times. The transparency Kuzima gives augments any cover up by service agents to give a false representation of their products and services. Kuzima is not limited to just Ghana but any country in the world. Our focus however is Africa.
